Compared with traditional oil and gas drilling and production, hydraulic fracturing technology has developed rapidly, and its application has achieved good results in increasing production and improving oilfield development. Hydraulic fracturing injects fracturing fluid with higher viscosity into the well with a large displacement exceeding the absorption capacity of the formation, which increases the bottom hole pressure and fractures the formation. With the continuous injection of fracturing fluid, the fractures extend deep into the formation. A certain amount of proppant (mainly sand) should be contained in the fracturing fluid to prevent the fracture from closing after the pump is stopped.
The cracks filled with proppant change the seepage mode of oil and gas in the formation, increase the seepage area, reduce the flow resistance, and double the output of the oil well.
Production-increasing equipment includes sand mixing trucks, fracturing trucks and manifold trucks, among which the sand mixing trucks will mix the sand and liquid to the best effect, and transport them to the fracturing trucks through the manifold truck, and the fracturing trucks pass the manifold truck pump high-pressure fracturing fluid to the oil well to meet the requirements of the operation and construction.
