Over the years, Hengli has successfully delivered various heave compensating hydraulic cylinders, supporting customers' products for a better operation under the ever-changing harsh ocean conditions and providing better performance. Currently we are supplying the whole heave compensation system, including 1 main cylinder, 3 accumulators, and 2 nitrogen pressure vessels. The concept of high strength steel for the main load summing element and aluminum for manifolds allows a minimum weight while ensuring reliable strength. The excellent anti-corrosion surface treatment process in accordance with NORSOK standard M-501 allows a long life time of underwater and splash zone working conditions.
